Finacial Freedom

As I workon my Trading be it Forex, Option, Futures and balancing with my Property Business. I find it very activities intensive. There is no Freedom I’m looking for as all these are active income. There is not Passive Income.

What I have learn long long time ago what Financial Freedom is all about.

Passive Income > Expenses = Financial Freedom and

(Assets - Liabilities) + Expenses = Wealth (how long you can last without income)

Well, I donot have a consistent passive income at the moment and my wealth does not last me my life time, the good thing is I have zero debts. This is a good starting point.

Now I’m working my butt off to build to farm my PIGs (Passive Income Generators) and scanning for GGF (Golden Goose Farm). I will share more about this in my next post for those (Singaporeans & PRs) who are interested drop me a MAIL CLICK HERE or call me at 98507057

Trade the Market

As I’d shift focus for the moment to build my Property Business in Singapore, I will stay out of the market as it will not have mercy for those who does not respect it. So, as I’ll be busy with Updates of the Property Market, getting the Listing, securing clients base, recruiting and build a profitable teams, training associates, and much more, … I’ll not be able to give the attention needed to trade the market, beside the sub-prime and oil price are the major factor at the moment. It’s going to affect the property price so there is some niche for me to enter at the moment.

New Future with HSR

On the 18 June 2008, I signed up with HSR Property Consultant Pte Ltd as Team Manager to build my new team of Property Consultants and to focus on the resales of HDB apartment in Yishun because this is where I live. Personal sales is a very important as this is the only testimonies to show anyone who would like to join my team as a income generating person. The process of buying and selling of HDB apartments is not difficult at all. What it takes to be successful to know how to merge into the Success System. Only one of my associate came along with me in the new challenge with new environment. After signing with HSR, I took sometime to re-look at what was done and what need to be changed in my Property Buisness. As change is the only constant in time. I’ll have to do things differently to get going in order to build a successful and profitable one.

Dharma Retreat

Dharma instead of Trading

I’d being spending time working for a friend and noticed how hard it is to stay on working and trading at the same time as the physical requirement on tough works do tired out the body easily. And when the market opens, it is just too difficult to concentrate on the market, and I may end up trading for the sake of trading. Thus, ended up with higher risk than ever.

So I have stay away from the market to discipline myself from taking unnecessary trades. So, since I’m not able to trade, its better for me to do some good soul searching which leads me to dharma teaching. The teaching of buddha and the way of life. It had being a great time spent in understanding about life.
